What happened to the old motivation, the workouts, the cycling, the healthy ass eating, not eating a shitload of chocolate & cookies.. Oh my god.
This is a fucking horrible place to be.. I’ve been on this piece of shit “journey” since June & I’m still in the same god damn place I started.
How does one learn to love themself despite their flaws…
How do I get out of this hole…
Anonymous asked: hey, i recently saw your post about the 30 day shred and i wanted to tell you that you might not be eating enough! i think the 30ds is a pretty intense workout and you should eat more than fruit for lunch and salad for dinner :) at least 1200 cals a day .. try to estimate your bmr. if you're not eating enough your body goes into starvation mode and clings of body fat. i hope you don't take this message as an offense, i just felt like telling you cause i had the same problem! :)

These last few days have been pretty grim, there’s been banana cake & chocolate at my house so I’ve definitely been going over the 1200 barrier haha!
I haven’t tracked my cals in a long time (I get too lazy) but once I start again I will try to plan better dinners & stay closer to (or over) 1200.
